On March 1st, 2019, The National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST) launched a call for proposals for research and training projects involving skilled Moroccans abroad.

The FINCOME program is a government initiative aimed at involving skilled Moroccans abroad in the Kingdom’s development process.

The CNRST, with the support of the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, launches for the third time the FINCOME call for proposals to support projects involving skilled Moroccans abroad and benefiting a public university or a Moroccan public research institution.

The present call for proposals that runs until April 12th, 2019 represents the 3rd edition of FINCOME program that, according to CNRST, yielded to very positive results in its first two years.

It’s worth mentioning that the 80% of Moroccan Researchers surveyed by News of Morocco have never heard anything about the program and the CNRST must work on spreading the word out in a more efficient fashion to make sure the skilled Moroccans abroad will get to know that there are indeed ways to contribute towards their homeland’s development.

To apply, candidates should download the application form and send it by e-mail to the CNRST before the deadline. Below is all that you need to know about the FINCOME call for research and training proposals and be part of it.
